Throughout the year, Glassworks in Louisville Ky. offers the opportunity for participants to enter the glassblowing studio where they can create one-of-a kind hot glass pieces with the assistance of resident artists. SoTA Girls have taken some of these classes. The first one was a Christmas ornament last year. The second class was a chocolate kiss in Feb.. They were magnificent.

Saturday Sherry, Cindy and Jody took the pumpkin class. Above is Jody with her instructor showing her how to twirl her glass. Next she's really concentrating on twisting the tube. Would have loved a picture of her blowing.....she would never have allowed me to post it on the blog.....By the way was she the one who blew so hard the first time she blew her ball off the tube.
Opps I better watch it or she will fly me a screaming email..... Will take a picture when they get them..They send them after they have cooled....The Ol' Blogger
