Sweet Saturday....
The Elder rang our SoTA Bell to get our attention for lunch..We were treated to a special day Saturday March 11 for lunch prepared by Jody and her lovely sister Phillis...
Yeast rolls were raising for the final time before entering the oven to bake..They also prepared roast and potatoes with carrots, a picnic ham that was simple out of this world...salads, sweet potatoes...I know I am leaving something out...oh well you get the idea...Simply heavenly was the dessert ..Pictured below..The bureau was beautiful to fix one's eyes on..
Brownies, truffles they had prepared...hmmmmm Really the whole day was just wonderfully delicious... Love, laughter, and food with great friends...Will be sharing more from this day in the days to come..The Ol'Blogger
