The colors from my camera didn't show up as true for real life...But Cindy made this bracelet and earrings for her son Jason's girlfriend Deborah, for her birthday...Just using odd and end beads and no real reason or rhyme she begin beading making it up as she went along....If I remember correctly there are some copper beads, some charms....It was beautiful...I am sure Deborah will enjoy wearing these...

Just so you all know - she loved it! I received a personal phone call from Deborah thanking me. She is a sweetheart! (and a keeper)
We are a group of women of different personalities and ages who blend together to make for an interesting and fun group. Our group is dedicated to creating art using various textiles and other mediums. Our interests include sewing, knitting, quilting, doll making, purse making, felting, beading, jewelry making, stained glass, glass blowing, glass fusing, mosaics, and altered books. We share our ideas and our time, to create items that are unusual, traditional and fun. Our fun meter is more important than our gas meter. We fill it at least once a month during our monthly meeting where we have show and tell to show projects we've completed, talk about new projects and share ideas. And the food!! As textile artists we are such lucky people. We find pleasure in simple things; the colors of hand-dyed fabrics, a spool of lustrous thread—we almost hyperventilate when we go through the door of a bead store! How fortunate we are to have passion to create and to achieve such satisfaction in what we do.
