Forkin Family Grows

The "Forkin Family" grew on Chocolate Night....These Forkin Boxes were created by "The Elder" for each one of us....She flattened the forks attached them for legs, feet, arms and hands...painting the tips as polished nails...using a spoon for the neck and head...she placed each picture of us in the dip, placing a scalloped piece behind for hair...Inside the boxes are the red dress charms for keeping hearts healthy...We all are blessed to have this wonderful lady in our lives....

Thank you for the compliment. I borrowed the frame idea from well
known local artist and art teacher
Debbi Crane. In her published book
Mixed Mania she used the frame and
made a sewing "doll"
I needed to catch up from last year
when everyone had made our well-
know Forkin Dolls. On the back of
each frame was a picture of a
wonderful cookbook that Sandy had
gifted to each Sota.
